Each week you can vote for your favourite celebrity performance via
190 telephone numbers and SMS (text messaging).
The following is a list of frequently asked questions about the
voting process.

1902 PHONE VOTING
How do I enter the competition? Every valid 190 or SMS vote entitles
you to an automatic entry into the competition. If you enter by 190,
you will be prompted to leave your name, state and contact number.
If you enter by SMS, we will collect your mobile phone number only.

How will the winner be selected? There will be 1 winner drawn from
the national pool of voters/entrants. All entrants who have entered
the competition and validly registered their contact details will be
entered into the draw. The draw will take place at m.Net
Corporation, Level 13, 99 Gawler Place, Adelaide on Tuesday 28
November, 2006 @ 7:45pm AEDT.
If I am a winner how will I be contacted? You will be contacted by
phone on the evening of Tuesday 28 November, 2006 at approx 8:00pm
(AEDT) so make sure your standing by. You will also be sent a letter
confirming the details of your prize. Your details will also be
published in The Australian on Monday 4 December 2006.
What is the prize? AUD 100,000 CASH; thanks to AAPT.

How do I vote? Each Celebrity will be allocated his or her own 190
number. You need to dial the number of the Celebrity whom you wish
to vote for.

Who can vote? Anyone living within Australia can cast his or her
vote.
I am fourteen years old, can I still vote using the 190 numbers? If
you are fourteen years old or younger, you MUST get the bill payers
approval before you phone any of the 190 telephone numbers.
When does voting commence and conclude? Voting will commence at
9:25pm AEST on Tuesday 26 September, 2006, THEN at the time notified
to viewers as part of the broadcast of the Programme AEDT/AEST each
week commencing from Tuesday 3 October 2006. Weekly voting will
conclude each following Tuesday night at 7:30pm AEST. Voting times
are subject to change and may not be the same each week, however
this will be clearly communicated to viewers as part of the
broadcast of the Programme.
How much will I be charged for each 190-telephone call/vote? Each
call to the 190 number will be charged at AUD pgpublisher.55 cents
including GST. Calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher
rate.
How many votes does each call register? Each call registers ONE vote
for your nominated Celebrity.
How do I use the 190 service? Provided you don't have 190 number
barring on the telephone account, you will simply need to dial the
TEN digit 190 number corresponding to your favourite Celebrity,
which you will see on the television screen. You can telephone the
190 numbers from most mobiles and/or land lines.
What happens if I have 190 barring? If you have 190 barring then the
telephone line you are calling from does not allow for 190 calls to
be made. To check this, call 1900 909 000 (free call) and you will
be advised of your barring status.
How do I get 190 barring removed? The bill payer will need to call
their carrier and request for the barring to be removed. This may
not be possible in the case of pre-paid customers.
How do I know that my vote has been registered? Once you have made
the call, you will hear a recorded message confirming that your vote
has been registered.
What information do I need to provide in order to register a valid
vote? All you need to do, is simply dial the 190 number that
corresponds with your favourite Celebrity during the voting period
to register a valid 190 telephone vote, then leave your name, state
and contact number for an entry into the competition.
I pressed a number on my telephone keypad during my vote to Opt-in
to receive further communication from the Seven Network, but now I
have changed my mind. How can I opt-out? You can advise us that you
do not want to be contacted by the Seven Network by writing
to `Privacy Offer, m.Net Corporation Ltd, Level 13, 99 Gawler Place,
Adelaide SA 5000.
I pressed a number on my telephone keypad during my vote to Opt-in
to receive further communication from the Seven Network, was I
charged any more? You were only charged the standard pgpublisher.55
cost for your vote. You were not charged anything additional to Opt-
in to receive further communication from Network Seven.
I want to Opt-in to receive further communication from the Seven
Network but I didn't get a chance to press a number during my vote.
How can I Opt-in? The next time you vote you should be asked again
whether you would like to Opt-in. So simply press any number on your
telephone keypad to agree to Opt-in to receive further communication
for the Seven Network.
What happens if I call the voting line when voting has closed? You
will hear a recorded announcement advising you that your vote has
not been registered.
I heard an engaged signal when I called, will I still be charged and
did my vote register? The voting lines are very popular, so you may
hear an engaged signal. If you do, please call again as your vote
would not have registered. You will not be charged if you hear an
engaged signal.
I saw the voting numbers advertised on Tuesday nights show, but when
I called the recorded message advised me that voting was currently
closed. The voting numbers are up on screen so that you can write
the numbers down as each Celebrity performs. The voting lines won't
open until the end of the show at approximately 9:25pm AEST on
Tuesday 26 September, 2006, THEN at the time notified to viewers as
part of the broadcast of the Programme AEDT/AEST each week
commencing from Tuesday 3 October, 2006. There will be an
announcement toward the end of the show advising you when you can
start voting.
Can I vote in any other way other than 190? Yes, you can vote via
SMS (text messaging).
How do I find out which Celebrity will be eliminated? The
elimination will be announced at the end of each Tuesday night's
program for the previous week's performances.
SMS (TEXT MESSAGE) VOTING When does SMS voting commence? SMS voting
commences at the same time as the 190 voting, at 9:25pm AEST on
Tuesday 26 September, 2006, THEN at the time notified to viewers as
part of the broadcast of the Programme AEDT/AEST each week
commencing from Tuesday 3 October 2006.
When does SMS voting conclude? SMS voting will conclude each
following Tuesday night at 7:30pm AEST. Voting times are subject to

How much will it cost to vote via SMS? It will cost you AUD 55 cents
to register your vote via SMS.
How do I vote via SMS? You must send a text message from your mobile
handset with the first name only of your favourite Celebrity to 191
977, as advertised on Dancing With The Stars, to register a vote via
SMS.
I replied back YES to Opt-in for communication from the Seven
Network how much was I charged? It will cost you a one off cost of
AUD pgpublisher.55 cents to Opt-in for future communication from the
Seven Network.
I replied back YES to Opt-in but now I have changed my mind. How can
I Opt-out? You can advise us that you do not want to be contacted by
the Seven Network by writing to `Privacy Offer, m.Net Corporation
Ltd, Level 13, 99 Gawler Place, Adelaide SA 5000.
I think I have been charged more than pgpublisher.55 for my vote.
pgpublisher.55 is the maximum charge for your SMS vote. It may be
another premium number you have registered for. Please check with
your mobile provider and confirm you sent your SMS/text to 191 977.
Can I vote by actually telephoning 191 977? No, you can only vote by
sending in a text message (SMS) to the number.
How many votes does each SMS provide? Each SMS text vote registers
ONE vote for your favourite Celebrity.
What happens if I send in a text message after voting has closed? If
you vote after the SMS voting cut-off period, your vote will not be
registered. You will receive a SMS message back to advise that your
vote has not been registered.
Will a confirmation text message be sent to me when my vote has been
registered? Yes. You should receive a text message in return to
confirm your vote has been received. If you have not received a
reply SMS/text message it may mean the mobile networks are busy and
there is a simple delay, or you have accidentally sent it to the
wrong number! Check your sent items in your mobile phone messages
section.
When I tried to vote, my handset said "Message Not Sent". What does
this mean? This means that enormous amounts of people are trying to
vote via SMS at the same time and the mobile network is busy. All we
can ask is that you are patient and please keep trying! Your vote is
important.
Does it matter which telephone network I am on? No, it does not
matter which telephone network you are signed up to because SMS
voting is now available to all Australian mobile phone networks.
I have a pre-paid phone account, can I still vote via SMS? Yes, if
you are a pre-paid customer, you can still vote via SMS. SMS charges
will be deducted from your pre-paid credit balance, you must have
enough credit in your pre-paid balance to cover the cost of the text
message. You vote by following the instructions listed above.
