Natalie Lowe - Biography
Four-year-old Natalie watched her older brother and sister, Glen and
Erin, dancing at their local RSL hall for two years before being
allowed to join in classes. By age 11, she had won many juvenile
ballroom competitions and began travelling the world to compete.
She danced with brother, Glen for four years, training five nights a
week. Natalie has competed at Australian Open Championships in all
three styles and in Norway, Japan, England, India, Singapore, Spain,
Hong Kong and Malaysia. She recorded some of her best results with
partner Glenn Hulkes. They came second in the Amateur Ballroom at the
2003 and the 2004 National Capital Championships in Canberra and at
the 2004 Crown International Dancesport Championships in Melbourne.
Returning to rehearsals straight after winning last series five of
Dancing with the Stars, Natalie and current dance partner Stefano
Olivieri, won the New Vogue category at the Tattersall's Australian
Dancesports Championship. She manages a day spa in Sydney and lives by
the motto "be the best you possibly can". Natalie has appeared in
three series of Dancing With The Stars – in series one she danced with
Beyond Tomorrow host Matt Shirvington, in series two she accompanied
former NRL player Ian Roberts to the finals and in November last year
won series five with AFL Footballer Anthony Koutoufides. Natalie
returns for series six to partner Home and Away actor Tim Campbell.
