Dante was born in Peru, and has danced traditional salsa since he was 6.
Linda is from the Netherlands and learned to dance Tango in Wellington from teachers that regularly travel to Argentina.
They met in Wellington (at Latino's) and are married, with a young daughter.
They came to the Manawatu and found that although there was Salsa, that no Tango events were available, so started up their own dances.
They are teaching basic Tango at Feilding High school on Thursday nights, 7.30pm till 9pm, beginners courses alternating with intermediate/advanced.

Linda says:' We feel dancing should be for fun, not stressful. We try to teach everyone at their own speed, and give each person as much individual attention as necessary. We aim for friendly, informative and fun classes.'



Also, Paula and Richard from Tango Abrazo have started up classes in Palmerston North for close embrace dancing.
