Hi Rodney,
What fossils did you find?
Is the situation amongst geologists really that bad now? I've been=20
studying geology in university and the aspect of everything seems to=20
have flipped in it's head. When I started my degree they were all=20
talking economic geology up; there was a shortage of graduates and=20
they were waving a carrot of a %75,000 per annum wage for graduates=20
fresh out of honours. Now, as I approach the end of my degree we are=20
in this economic downturn and Rio Tinto (who was one of the most=20
aggressive recruiter in the university) is cutting a lot of people=20
adrift.
