You get e-mails or SMS (but I've never had an SMS) and you are payed
anywhere upwards of $1 to either look and click a link or answer a
survey (the surveys pay more). Pretty sure $25 is the minimum payout
which I have already reached twice since November last year!

This one works on a points basis where 10 points are worth a dollar.
By my second day as a member I had 540 points in my account (thats
$54!). Points can be redeemed for prizes or gift vouchers. Well
worth it!

Not as regular but I've received 3 payments of $5 since I joined in
December 2004. Same deal as the others really. Most of my surveys
have been about movies.
