So listen, I'm not totally up to speed on the Elementarry, so sorry if this is a
question that
has repeatedly been answered . . .

Based on both reports, it would appear that the E needs to be double-handed
because
someone has to control both tillers. I'm hoping that's just a matter of things
still being
worked out. Why can't the forward tiller be cleated, freeing one hand for
sheets?

And if that is part of the plan, and works successfully, will it be possible to
singlehand the
schooner?
