Re: [harryproa] elementary and elementary cruiser and Hurry Up
Hi rob,
Just following your designs on Hurry Up, does the sail area need to be further aft as you go faster - why is that?
I'll take the masts out in Mandurah and install pipe on the end of the boomand see how it effects sail action. Make better battens, and sort the outhaul and downhaul a bit.
Plus I need to fill in the rudder gap so it sticks down and not kick up.
Only couple of days or more if take it easy, don't wan't to over exert myself.
Also noticed CAD drawing show visionarry rudder swinging up on a semi-circular track on website.
Another quetsion while I'm here: how do you put the bead of bog on a hull, then wait till it cures, the in fill will not stick to the cured glass!
PS- thought of driving my car east if Mark and crew could do
with more hands.
If you choose that option. I suppose you enjoy hands on with it, but the equipment and shed plus experience is over there.
Maybe need to elocate the business to Henderson.

G'day,
Glad you like it. The camper is meant for two people and their
camping gear, 200 kgs. The sport is good for up to 160 although I have exceeded this on mine with no problems. The camper could also take more, but performance would suffer.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Hi Rob and all !
I like your elementary !! Looks like a fast boat just standing still....
Could you give some idea of differences in designed displacement between elementary and elementary camper ...trying to get some idea how much displacement the camper is designed for....
