Am I imagining it or are more and more people stopping and staring at
the P driving by/parked/etc.

Gave the old girl a decent clean up and people stop and stare, remark
on the car when I park it, at least 3 times today...feeling more and

I will be picking up and paying for the Force 7 models on Wednesday
night. We would very much appreciate it if all clubs could send their
money in as we cant afford to carry the $5,000 odd debt. Vic Club
what are you doing? How many of your model allocation do you want? SA
Club I havent heard from you at all. Do you want any models? NSW
Classic Club you also havent confirmed any numbers. You all need to
get back to me otherwise your model allocation will be distributed to
other clubs.

           I didn't do too much though...all the credit goes to Col
Gardiner (Editor ACT P76 Owner Club). He did all the hard work (Wrote
the text, took some of the photo's & organised everything).All I did
was turn up with a clean car & let him do the rest. Col did try to get
a photo of me, but I reckon It would have spoiled the article!
      I hope everyone has a safe & happy Christmas & New Year...use
some of those days off to work on or drive your P76. Only  3 months
till the Nationals....cant Wait!

I saw the guy who is willing to take on the job of assembling and
painting the models tonight. He is quoting a price of $45 to $50 each
which is very reasonable. So if you want your model done think up
what colour scheme you want. It can be the same as the original Force
7 or any colour combo you want.

The choice for good tyres for 14 inch rims are getting smaller  these
days..I use toyo touring radial P195 75 R 14 and find them very good
and about $95 each. Any other recommendations on good tyres?

fits  with 245 and 225 tyres on my P now for 8 years without problems. i did
have to get 10mm
spacers fitted to the rims first tho for clearance purposes.

Costs between $55 and $70 to fill the deluxe up running regular, but
a mate of mine is using the car lately and he runs premium in it, so
im not sure what he's spending. He told me just yesterday that he's
not giving it back as he and his fiance (or however you spell it)
like driving it too much!

Im running a holley 350 with the gas plugged straight into the back
of each barrel behind the venturi's, and mine seems to go alright.
Is yours straight gas?
I am hoping to (when i can afford to) run a willpower on mine and
possibly go gas research with the twin throt bodies, and I was
thinking, could you use this setup and just wind in a few fuel
injectors as well? I like having duel fuel. Any thoughts?

With LPG now 74.9 cpl and ULP 1.35 cpl wondering how tassie is going

The LPG efi I do not know much about it.

Where I work we have a Factory LPG AU  and it is great to drive, mind you
the rest of the fleet are Yaris's. but running costs and usage are
respectively low and high.

It certainly has changed my view of LPG and if buying again for the fleet I
will not hesitate to buy LPG,

Rochester Quadrajet throttle base. It also has extractors & T5 5 speed
gearbox. It is smooth, quiet, powerful & cheap to run. On a $/Km basis, it's
about the same as my little Morris Nomad (which needs premium unleaded)&
there is no question on which is better to drive.
