Some time ago I needed a pattern for a 19” doll and had
one for a 24” doll. I took the difference and divided with 24. Got 20.8
percent and decreased the size of the copy in my copier with that.
You have to increase instead. It is worth a try.

Hi Christine and thanks for the offer. Yes I have a pattern, but it's
for a slightly smaller doll, so I'm having to work out where and how
to ease it slightly for my doll. I had to do the same for the
camisole. That was relatively easy, top to bottom length was OK, all I
had to do was allow an extra inch each side of the front fastenings.
Oh, and to make allowance for the fact that doll patterns always have
an extremely small seam allowance. If I try and work down to
those
seam allowances to start with the material quickly frays away and I
have virtually nothing left to hold the stitches - I usually allow
myself a bit more on the seams and then trim them back if necessary
when I'm finished all the work. Seams to work (excuse the pun!)
With things like bodices (and probably the corset in this case), I
usually make a first attempt and find out the snags and where it can
be made easier on the finished article. The sizes are quite small, so
there's not much wastage of material - quite often it's a left-over
from the fabric stash. I just think of it as part of the learning
process.
