Newcastle Astronomical Society.
The NAS has meetings each month on the last Friday night at the University of Newcastle from 7.30pm – 9pm. From time to time there are guest speakers from around Australia that talk about Astronomy. Astro-Viewing Nights are held the Saturday after the meeting usually around sunset, we gather at ‘Cook Park Oval’ right at the end of Macarthur Street Shortland.
