opinion from someone who knows what they\'re talking about. I still think
that this would be the best course of action at this (late) stage. However,
I don\'t know any ordinary lawyers (I try to avoid them), let alone anyone
who\'s an expert in these things.

making a fuss was just after the last creditor\'s meeting, not 5 weeks
later. We would also have to be very clear about what the fuss was about...
is it about the way the meeting was called? How it was conducted? Is it
about the content of the Deed? Is it about the GEERS scheme? Each of
these would need a different kind of fuss, and may produce different
outcomes.

> As I also said to Nick last night, I don\'t see that going to the press
will be very helpful. OT is just one of MANY companies that have gone
under, and we\'re just some of MANY people in the same predicament. What
makes us special for the average news reporter? In fact, the fact that
we\'re professionals and that many of us have got new jobs makes us LESS
attractive as a story - we\'re not the traditional \"battlers\" (even if
many of us HAVE suffered significant hardship.. and we have).

the law and Deloittes and the OT directors might make us feel better, but it
won\'t help. The ONLY thing that\'s important at this time is to see
whether there\'s ANY way to get the Deed changed to give us 100c in the
dollar over time. So.. if anyone knows someone who knows a legal expert in
this field, then please:
