here's a question i just thought of...
what happens if, during the term of the doca, ot decides to retrench some of the
current employees? do they get all the benefits of those who were retrenched
before us, or do they get the royal pleasure of being unemployed with no cash to
see them through until the next job (several months into the future if they're
lucky)
and the prospect of receiving only the 43% of their entitlements (at some
indeterminate point in the future) as detailed by our favourite document?
presumably if ot liquidates itself in a puff of yellow smoke, the current
employees
just get dumped like us.
