Deloitte hadn't heard anything from their solicitors as of Thursday and they
were to follow up with them that day. I requested the outcome of that follow-up
but had no response on Friday. I will follow up again Monday.

The issue that the solicitors is considering is whether the wording of the DOCA
allows DEWR to have subrogation rights. This advice will then need to be past
onto the DEWR solicitors for their consideration...
