I would also recommend reading the ACTU submission No 32, which has many
interesting tid-bits. e.g. govt stated an intention to change law to place
employee entitlements ahead of secured creditors prior to last election (but
hasn't done it), and scheme to pay Ansett employee entitlements was
substantially the same as GEERS but without payment caps.
