For the benefit of anyone not on openVictims, we got advice yesterday
(Wednesday) that our GEERS claim had failed.

A letter is being sent out from the Department to all claimants, with
the reason being the Deed does not respect the priorities set down in
Section 556 of the Corporations Act.
