I am re-arranging the Files section of this email list.

In two days time, Yahoo are changing the access to the Files section
to always require a Yahoo ID that is connected to the group. This
means that anyone without a Yahoo ID will be unable to get the files
(eg APESMA wanting a look at the Deed). I am setting up an
alternative service on my Geocities page that will be linked from the
home page here, so that anyone can continue to look at the files.

The following changes are being implemented:
1. File uploads to OT Mushrooms will be disabled (in a few minutes).
If you wish to place a file for public consumption, email it to me.

2. The files will be placed into my geocities web space.

3. A link from the home page, directly to the file listing at
geocities will be provided. A link will also be provided on every
email in both groups (in the footer).

4. Miscellaneous changes - autosends to be switched off, rules and
help files included in geocities, a stripped down members' list, a few
links in the links section, and a regular summary of private
openVictims messages on the public OT Mushrooms.

The private openVictims file area will not be affected (except for
fortnightly auto-sends).

Instructions
============
1. To submit a file for uploading, email
yahoogroups.com.au @ otmushrooms-owner
(swap before use)

2. If you have provided a link to someone, make them aware that the
access is changing. Best to do this tomorrow night.
