Over the past few years there have been some high profile cases and calls
for bailouts when employees lose the lot. Ansett, insurer HIH to name just
two.

It's been the subject of plenty of union agitation and trade unions have
come up with a new scheme called NEST - National Entitlement Security Trust.

Promoting the scheme is human rights campaigner and retired Federal Court
Judge Justice Marcus Einfeld.
