Hi,

A few "terminated" staff have informed me that this may be a front

a
flame war...

Theo, thanks for the warning.

I always thought you and Arun would be the best people to head up
the
New OpenCI anyway. (We don't need Bankers - they're all wankers as
they've proved yet again.)

We're behind you 100% We'll get there! Let's make openCI the
world-beater it should be!

Theo,

Thanks for the private email and update on the MBO Group's efforts
to
secure
openCI.

I believe this information is important to the whole OT group and
should be
forwarded to as many staff as possible - not just to me. So, I will
forward
it to the AT HOME group so people are aware of what is going on.

Exciting times ahead, it seems! Let's knock them dead!

Hi,

I was not aware of this information - thanks for the email. They
(ixp3) actually asked me for the contact numbers of each
employee. I
told them I couldn't do this but would be prepared to on forward
their
(ixp3's) details (reason for my email) and if staff were interested
they could contact ipx3 themselves.

I have been approached by a few staff to help them find work and
ixp3
had contacted me stating that they had roles with various clients,
hence I forwarded their details - I only did this in the interest
of
those people.

If anyone has any further information about unusual dealings with
ixp3
please let me know.

Alex

Are you saying that you MUST submit a proxy even if you will be
attending in person; or just that it is logistically beneficial to
use
proxies as there would then just be N voters with M proxies each,
rather than 1 vote per creditor...

Dear all, the purpose of this email is to highlight some
logistical
information for this weeks creditors meeting.

Date
8/8/02
Time
11:30am onwards

Venue
All creditors (this means you) are invited to attend the main
Melbourne based venue at Deloittes, 21/505 Bourke Street.

Voting for Melbourne based Creditors
Votes can be cast from the venue provided that each creditor:

- Has previously lodged a statement of claim form
- Signs an attendance register at the meeting
- Has nominated a proxy to vote on their behalf and has
lodged a statement of claim form

Proxy's
From a logistical point of view this is the preferred method of
voting. To do this you must complete and lodge an "Appointment of
Proxy Form". A copy of this form was enclosed in the Deloittes
letter to you regarding the creditors meeting. I also have copies
if you need them (copy also attached).

Once again, I am happy to be nominated as your proxy.

Completed Proxy forms must be returned by midday Wednesday
7/8/02.

They can be sent by fax to either:

Alex Kuras - 9899 1220
Amy Liddy (Deloittes) - 9208 7700

or delivered to me at 20 Prospect Street Box Hill.

Questions to be Raised
As the agenda for the meeting does not specifically allow for
question time, please submit your questions to me via email
before
midday Wednesday. I will raised those questions on your behalf at
the meeting.

Regards, Alex

I loaned a book on VOIP to someone before the events of the 12th
and
have not
seen it since. Does anyone have this book or have seen it
somewhere on
a
shelf? I'd rather like to get it back.

Thanks,
brian wallis...

Subject: Re: Creditors Meeting 8/8/02

Alex:

I have some concern regarding OT # creditor meeting agenda
items
covering approval for the payment of "future remuneration" to
either
the voluntary administrator, deed administrator or liquidator
(Items
5, 6a, 6b). Please have Deloitte respond to these questions:

If a creditor votes in favour of any or all these provisions does
the
creditor assume any personal liability for remunerations? (Either
if
passed in majority or vote by vote)

Please ask the administrator to clarify the exact source of funds
for
payment for future services and clarify any potential liability to
employee creditor entitlements.

Further, is there any potential for any direct financial liability
to
employee creditors should these agenda items be passed? I would
like
to make sure that future remuneration regarding OT administration,
deed and liquidation are limited to what can be recovered from Open
Telecommunications accounts and other OT assets and that they have
no
financial effect on employee creditors either through:

* extraction of funds from employee creditor GEERS settlements
* payment of services via billing of these services directly to
employee creditors on percentage basis

Considering all that has happened and that most of us lack much or
any
experience with company administration matters I would like to
error
on the side of caution. Please ask Deloitte to clarify these
questions prior to accepting votes on these agenda items.

Regards,

Stephan Wickham

Dear all, the purpose of this email is to highlight some logistical
information for this weeks creditors meeting.

Date
8/8/02
Time
11:30am onwards

- Has nominated a proxy to vote on their behalf and has
lodged
a statement of claim form

Proxy's
From a logistical point of view this is the preferred method of
voting. To do this you must complete and lodge an "Appointment of
Proxy Form". A copy of this form was enclosed in the Deloittes
letter
to you regarding the creditors meeting. I also have copies if you
need
them (copy also attached).

Once again, I am happy to be nominated as your proxy.

Completed Proxy forms must be returned by midday Wednesday 7/8/02.

They can be sent by fax to either:

Alex Kuras - 9899 1220
Amy Liddy (Deloittes) - 9208 7700

or delivered to me at 20 Prospect Street Box Hill.

Questions to be Raised
As the agenda for the meeting does not specifically allow for
question
time, please submit your questions to me via email before midday
Wednesday. I will raised those questions on your behalf at the
meeting.

Regards, Alex

Subject: (ex-) OT staff email list
Date: Mon, 5 Aug 2002 16:24:59 +1000

Guys

I am looking to compile a list of names and email addresses (maybe
contact phone details too) that (ex-) OT staff are prepared to
share
with other (ex-) OT staff.

This would be similar to the AT HOME list DaveC has established,
but
rather than a broadcast, you would have the actual email address
and
can contact people individually.

Naturally if you don't want to participate, I wont add your name.

I envisage that a simple , password protected www page would
contain
the info, with a CSV to download the list if wanted.

If you're interested, please email me directly on
[2]neilwebb811@h...

I already have many email addresses, but will only include those
that
I have permission to do so!

Cheers

Neil

Mark, if your talking about the proxy form yes you will need to
fill
out a new one. The text is different this time as it takes into
account the agenda items to be voted on.

If you mean the statement of claim... no the existing one still
stands.

one out

are
they only

binding for the single meeting?

Alex

Are you saying that you MUST submit a proxy even if you will be
attending in person; or just that it is logistically beneficial to
use
proxies as there would then just be N voters with M proxies each,
rather than 1 vote per creditor...
