OK, I've got them on my computer. They'll be up in a couple of days,
once I figure out what I can delete from my Public File Archive
(because it is out of space).

The other thing is ... just today, I got a letter from the ATO
advising about the payment they made on 26 Oct 2005 for an amount that
was 110% of the super that was owed by O.T. - that is 110% of the
total, not 110% of the 43%. I thought it a bit strange they waited
until the end of the tax year until they sent this letter.
