PLEASE READ FULLY

This is a group for homeschoolers wanting to organise or find out about get togethers with homeschoolers on the Mornington Peninsula. Simply post notices about events or outings that you're planning to attend. Could be something as simple as a relaxing picnic at the beach, a book club, a trip to the movies, an art/craft session... anything goes.

Members aren't required to live on the Mornington Peninsula, but the events MUST be taking place there, anywhere from Frankston to Point Nepean, Bayside and Westernport.

If the event/outing you are advertising is open only to a certain age group or if a fee applies, please specify this in your notice. Include as much information as possible about the event/outing, ie date, time, location, cost and any other applicable details.

DO NOT ADVERSTISE EVENTS/OUTINGS THAT YOU ARE NOT PLANNING TO ATTEND.

Members are encouraged to use the RSVP application when posting an event/outing notice so that other members can indicate their intention to attend the event/outing.

This is NOT a chat group, it is to be used ONLY to post outings and event notices. Members can however feel free to make full use of the group's Files, Photos, Links, Database, Calendar and Applications facilities. Do not post contact information if you don't want other members to contact you. Members can post profiles of their family in the group's profile application.

In an effort to reduce group spam, membership must first be approved by a group moderator. When applying for membership, please include a brief introduction that includes the number and ages of your children.
