| Notes: | Many organisations are facing the challenge of a loyal but retiring work force contrasted with a new generation who are happy to swap roles and companies frequently. In either scenario the company loses valuable knowledge. Often organisational strategies focus around recruiting and retention but neglect to examine actual work processes and critical decision making. They neglect to create processes for knowledge transfer and harvest learnings to be re-integrated in a useful manner.
