I am a doctoral candidate at the Graduate College of Management of the Southern Cross University (SCU) in Australia
The issue I am investigating is the relationship between a firm’s knowledge management capability and competitive advantage particularly in respect of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Australia
The questionnaire of this online survey should be filled out by the senior executives of SMEs who are knowledgeable of their organisation’s knowledge infrastructure and process capabilities as well as its competitive advantage. Completion of the survey is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time without consequence by closing the internet browser. Data collected is anonymous, strictly confidential and will be kept in a secure place.
