Basically I am looking for some people to come and do some KM work in PB .
The role I am looking to fill at the moment is a Knowledge Officer.
Here are the activities that will be happening over the next 12 months which this role will be involved with or responsible for:
- Development and rollout of KM Strategy
- Design, deploy and support the "Knowledge Leadership" program being delivered to senior leaders through out the organisation.
- Development, implementation and support of a Community of Practice framework to support the identification and development of formal and informal communities of practice.
- Rollout of new Global Intranet (Sharepoint 2007) including design, structure and migration.
- Possible rollout of document management practices and system.
- Design and introduction of new Records Management practices.
- Knowledge mapping of core processes to identify key knowledge resources.
- Classification of key resources for easy retrieval.
- Looking at knowledge capture and transfer practices.
- Content Management of Intranet Content.
- Design and Rollout of people finder (expertise locator).
- Organisatioanl Network Analysis exercises.
- and others...
