Apology. We seem to pick days when I have a management meeting on.
For the Cyclone Larry response analysis from QFRS I worked with Brian Donaldson to apply some of David Snowden's techniques. The sessions over two days went well with the approach distilling the key issues for lessons learnt and improvements that subsequently used to prepare the report and recommendations. Happy to discuss with you sometime if it helps.
Thanks

Anyone want to give some for-warning of topics they would like to discuss on Thursday?
This will allow people to bring along any relevant articles of materials they prepared earlier.
I'm currently working on designing a program for creative problem solving and innovation so if you can provide any stories or lessons learned.
Also, let us know if you are coming?
