One of my colleagues is tasked with writing an IM policy/strategy.
He has one drafted but would really like to see some examples from
other companies as IM is not his background. The nature of the
company is not relevant, he just wants to make sure he has covered
off all the relevent topics and areas of consideration.

Would any of you be willing to share yours with us please? It would
be greatly appreciated and I will return the favour by sending you
ours when it's finalised.
