A good session yesterday, with the largest turnout for some time (8 members).

Mike Quinlan queried how a company might keep its customers
informed, particularly the younger customers who seemed singly focused on price. Allstate, the largest publicly held personal lines insurer in the United States created the Good Hands Community http://www.goodhandscommunity.org/n/pfx/forum.aspx?webtag=aghhome.
