Your assistance is required.

I am currently modifying some coaching materials for After Action Review & Peer Assist facilitators and I am looking for a term to describe why findings from these activities should be recorded and made available for people who were unable to participate directly or may join the organisation next week.

I am describing this with anecdotes but would also like to give it a 'name' and think something might already exist. My brain seems to be asleep. Things that came to mind were 'future proofing' or 'time independence' but I feel these don't adequately describe what I am trying to communicate, nor do they exactly roll off the tongue.

I realise I may get some verbose verbage from this community but I am willing to start with some multisyllabic terms and try and bring it back to plain english from there. If someone has already done this then that saves me some time. (Not cheating,  just working smarter)

Thanks

Cory Banks
