Sigh. I miss yet another Mountain Run because of prior commitments. We're
looking after my sister's son for the whole weekend, so I'm out yet again.
I'm going to block out the next Mountain Run date. So nothing can get booked
either side of it. I'm not going to miss it again...
Hopefully I'll see some of you on the Red Ride For Life on the 18th July.
