Hello Everyone,

Here we are only 1 1/2 weeks away from this event and it is going to be
big. At this point we have 95-100 people for this event which is
brilliant!

Here are a few points of info for the run up to the event.

1. If you are dropping of camping gear, we will need it to be dropped
into Scooters Scooters by 5pm, Thursday 13th. Please put your name on
your camping too.

2. On Saturday, we will be meeting at Scooters Scooters in Fortitude
Valley at 12.30pm for a 1pm SHARP departure. Route will be along
Wickham Street, Kingsford Smith Drive then onto the Gateway Motorway.

3. Please arrive at Scooters Scooters with a FULL tank of petrol, next
fuel stop will be at the Freedom Service Station, Caloundra.

4. If you are not able to meet at Scooters Scooters (I know there are
some people from far north suburbs that won't ride back into town) then
you can meet up at the BP Burpengary servo from 1.20pm. Wait for us to
ride along the highway and join in the congo line as we ride past. We
will not be stopping here though.

5. We will be meeting up with some of the North Coast Crew around
2:15pm at the Freedom Service Station, Caloundra.

6. From here we will head up together to the Apollonian Hotel, Boreen
Point. We should get into Boreen Point around 3.45pm
