It is a Melbourne based social support group and a learning circle for all ages who want to share, discuss and support each other in practice and lifestyle.

It is a place of tolerance, belonging and a celebration of individuality, existing without demands of committment to group creeds, mottos or ideologies.

This circle celebrates equinoxes and solstices on the wheel of the year, as well as holding occassional esbats. We also hold coffee and cake gatherings and other events. It is a circle where people can come together and celebrate their lifestyle as pagans and to have some fun as well.

A lot has happened in Southern Gums Circle in the last few years. We have had new members join and old members part ways. There are new owners and moderators looking after the e-group. When we first opened the circle was members only, we then became open to solitary pagans. Now a new era has come and the group has evolved. We have opened the door to all pagans. The dynamics of the group may have changed but our motto is remains the same..
