Howdy: I a have a GS250FW (84-86?)that needs a monoshock and fork
seals. Searching on line, even in England, doesn't seem to generate
anything. I am back home in the States before returning to Ghana. The
only thing the local dealer comes up with on a part search is a
GS250TT. No one except our group seems to know about the GS250FW or
GF. What models and years generally have inter-changeable parts. For
example, can I use GS450 frame and supension parts on my 250? What
about carb float and jet needles? I have the bike down to the frame at
present so if there are some known issues I should take care of before
putting it back together, I would appreciate the heads-ups. My local
dealer will work with me but he needs a little help from me, and i
need it from you fellows,to cross reference and get me what I need.
Any help would be appreciated.
