Howdy: Just a short note regarding parts etc.and trying to work with Peter
Stevens Motorcycles in Melbourne which I was hopeful would be helpful in finding
parts for my 83' GS250FW. I spoke with a parts man for 20 minutes long distance
from the USA and followed up with engine and frame numbers via email. Neil (?)
said he could find the parts and would get back to me with prices etc. Never
heard from him again and have sent two other emails to the parts department
email address (their phone is always busy) and can't seem to get any kind of
response. What I'm after are some carbs. At the very least I need to find some
jets to replace the worn out ones I've got. Any ideas? Suzuki USA doesn't know
the bike and can't help. Can I mix any other carbs or re-build kits with these
carbs? Any help or advise appreciated.
