Can you remember any of the details about the fork seals? Mine need
rebuilding, and as the UK never officially received the bike, no-one
knows much about it. The manual (so far) has nothing about the front
forks apart from the recommended oil…think they are 35.5 internal,
46external, need to know the depth (ie 11mm, 12.5,13….)

Thanks for your replies, I've already downloaded the manual which was a
great help in re-building the whole bike from the frame up - what a
project that was!

The problem is, that the manual doesn't show enough detail of the forks,
and I believe that the forks I have are different to the forks in the
manual. The one that's illustrated has a screw-in top cap, where as
mine has a push-in seal with cir-clip. It also only shows the left fork
(where I'm having issues with the right fork).

I've seen the forks I have on the microfiche at a local bike shop
(apparently there's a few models, with different fork assemblies). Just
wondering if anyone had a copy of it that they could either lend (to get
scanned) or sell?

Perhaps I should be asking you all about the forks instead of the
microfiche?
