Hey thanks CARL but I live in Tamworth NSW.
BIKE is at service shop being inspected and quoted.
I have not bought it yet as it is not yet running.
I don't wont problems.
So far the bike needs Both mufflers replacing, the pipes are not
rusted so that is good, A new rear tyre, as it is original "82" and
the rubber is hard. No rust on the bike to be found anywhere. Don't
know if electricals work yet as battery flat so i'll aslo need a new
battery. Only body damage was done while it was in the garden shed,
which was a cracked indicator lense. I understand these are rare but
have no idea of their road going value??? As I need to know how much
is worth spending on this bike?
The bike is original and baring the muffler complete!
I think i wrote the wrong identification!
its an 82 GS250FW-S.
It looks exactly like the one shown at the start of this forum but
missing one muffler??? Not sure why muffler missing will have to ask
owner?
Any more advise would be appreciated!
