This email group is for Vigor members and those that want to join in on the Vigor Cycling and mountain biking activities.

We ride weekly on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and sneak in the odd training weekend or Mountain Bike ride which is advertised via this email group.

These sessions are also free for Melbourne Adventure members. If you want to just join in and talk to Liam about what membership is right for you, come and try one of these sessions.
