Version v0.93 has been released with the following changes:

1. A bug preventing the default date from appearing in orders under
certain circumstanes has been fixed

2. Viewing holdings would cause WBTrader to shutdown due to a change
in the format of data on the Westpac Broking web site. This has been
fixed but as Westpac no longer display the same data their are two
columns which will stay blank.
