Hi Mona and Linda
Thanks for being so welcoming. I shall certainly call the WPCS when I
arrive.
Yes, I've spent many a long summer evening on scratching duties. I
should have known it would lead to a career change, LOL.
I met a superb little Sec A at the weekend in a horse sanctuary. The
reddest chestnut I've ever seen, a truly remarkable colour, with a
big blaze and two blue eyes. I'm not normally fond of chalky eyes,
but this chap's were really pretty. He had been kicked in the face
and had a broken nose bone, meaning he couldn't be haltered ... which
was unfortunate for me, as he bit like a dog and spent the whole
session trying to bite my boots, arms, legs and any other part of my
anatomy that came within reach. The smaller they come, the greater
the attitude, or so it sometimes seems!
Best wishes
Jane
