yes I would love to see Cobs competing in the sled pull and other classes as
the heavy horses are big here, the standards I refer to are in the Welsh Cob
handbook, done by Belinda, and yes you are right, the description is same
for Cob Type and Welsh Cob, bit with C's being often bred from A's and B's,
the welsh pony characteristics are more pronounced. "The welsh Pony of Cob
type is a smaller version of the Welsh Cob but with more pony quality" So
has the section C the same overseas, in Wales, am interested in as I still a
newie.
If I am wrong, please feel free to correct me, am learning! If anyone knows
what is the definition of a heavy horse, and if Cobs are eligible to be
shown, be really interested to know.
