The Gippsland & Peninsula RPG - WPCS are running their Annual Youngstock
Show on Melbourne Cup Day Tuesday 1st November 2005 at Tonimbuk Equestrian
Centre, Sanders Rd. Bunyip.
As always there is a double chance two ring show for all Welsh sections
including Supreme Champion Pure Welsh and Supreme Champion Part Welsh in
each ring plus the WPCS Medal for Supreme Champion Part Welsh.
We also have the very popular TWO YEAR OLD CHALLENGE which carries prize
money (% of entry money, last years prize money was $230.00 for the pure
welsh winner), rug, garland, sash and trophy
This year we have added a breed ring including Australian Ponies, Arabian
Ponies, Riding Ponies with a Supreme Champion breed exhibit, and Palomino,
Buckskin, Pinto classes with a Supreme Champion Colored Exhibit.
For the first time we will be having an overall GRAND CHAMPION OF SHOW
winner to recieve a rug sponsored by Dutton lea Welsh Ponies, garland
sponsored by Peta watson and a trophy, winner to be chosen from Supreme
Champion Pure and Part Welsh from each ring and Supreme Champion Colored and
Supreme Champion Breed Exhibit.
Judges for this event are Welsh rings Megan Howe and Danny Hawkes, breed
ring Anne Payne.
Program will be in next Action, pre entries only.
