   We are fortunate enough this year to have Horse Shows Magazine on board as our
major sponsor.
   This year the Ultimate Foal wins $100 plus a write up in Horse Shows Magazine

   Entries open the 1st April and Close midnight 31st July

   Entry Fee : $3.00 per foal per class

   This year there have been some changes to the rules, please read them
carefully.
   Also there has been some changes to the website that should make it easier for
browsing the entries.

Thanks to everyone for your kind words and good wishes, we are slowly
getting our emotions in check..
I had to put down one of my section A broodmares on Monday night so we
are feeling rather drained emotionally and financially..

I know in the back of my head I need to start to think about another
horse to try to fill the void that Donny has left BUT I dont think I am
ready emotionally just yet and well to be frank I am broke at the
moment..

well here's hoping this weekend is less eventful..

Hi Kathy,

We too, lost our dear little Welsh Mountain pony last weekend  to colic.
She was my daughters first little pony  and lived to the ripe old age of 35
+ years.  We are feeling for you as we know how devastating  it is and
Tessy was not plucked from us unfairly like your Donny was.  Tessy spent the
last 10 years of her life with us and it just feels like a chapter in a book
has come to a end.
We hope that you and your daughter's pain can start healing soon and that
you can find another pony that comes up to Donny's standards.

  on the RECIEPT from  the knackery saying they have picked them up and i
send it to the Reciept to DPI in Sydney and they will post me a cheque for
$500 per head = $26000,
can y! ! ! ou see it probly after all fees

so if they havent the money to vac my horses HOW the hell can they pay me
$500 a head

i told him i have very small minis and foals he said it dosent matter its
per head .

I can feed my ponies but just need to sell a few to lighten the load .

Well this nearly sent me over the bank mentally so thats why i havent been
on here much laterly

One very kind mini lady how i shouldnt mention but will as she is a life
saver Brenda as she rang Mudgee salvos who come out to talk to me

Brenda words carnt say how wonderfull you are ,i would of never asked for
help .

And knowing youve had a bad trot with illness this last year yourself .

lots of people how has talked to me on the ph i thank you for talking to me
it helped ,but i still cry every time i think of what Bill said to me but he
did say if every i needed to talk to him just ring me Ha Ha ha .

hi one n all.

   my hubby flew back to work this arvo,

   but before he did
    we had made an appointment for him  to donate blood at 10 45 am.

    we were held up in northam and didnt get to the blood bank in midland till 11
30 am....

   as he has b positive blood and only 8 percent of people do have that one ,we
went there anyway........

   well it turned out that 3 had booked that morning with that blood group,

   one had cancled
   and the other still hadnt arrived ..
   ...so hubby was ushered straight into a booth ...apparently someone had an opp
booked that day and they were waiting on his blood for the opp.

    a taxi was booked to get it to the hospital asap and a courier was waiting
with the esky and took the bags there n then.

hi jane, im glad people are being friendly:-)
   wow, how long have you been here as summer can get gruling.
   not good about the bucking,  but dont forget if you find  aloverly kind mare
you can breed her to a cob as you have  a huge base over that are quality to
choose from........and i think people have still been breeding and mayby raising
one to your likes would be nice.....lots of choices.
   hope you all have a happy new yr.......me im going to go to hubbys mining camp
and spend  afew days with him.

Thanks for being so welcoming... a few people have emailed me off-site
as well, so I now have a list of places to visit when I start
travelling round NSW later in 2008. I'll certainly make the effort as
