Hi all,

Well, we scratched Harry from Tocumwal (Shep ODE) and went to
Cobram/Barooga Official HRCAV Dressage Instead. I am so proud of
our wonderful little Cob Stallion, Jack. He won Level 2 Champion
over 2 tests, from 17 and 18 in both classes. Norm also entered him
in 1 Level 1 test and he won that. Max, our 3yo Warmblood also won
Level 3 champion, so we ended up with 2 champion rugs, $80 cash, a
dressage whip, 5 hoofpicks and some other stuff. Jack does it tough
against warmbloods, t/b's and others as you can imagine, please be
as proud as we are of this great little Ambassador of his breed. A
cob has to work 4 times harder than those great 'moving' breeds to
be competitive in these sort of competitions, as all the cob people
who do dressage would appreciate. So keep it up all, it has its
rewards.

Regards, Julie, Norm and Jack

My 2yo daughter is starting to understand that jake is gone, and not comming
home. She is still happy in herself,I don't think she fully understands what has
happened.I took her up to see him before we burried him, because my heart was
breaking everytime she asked to go up and feed him and pick up poos. She giigled
and thought he was sleeping untill she touched his leg and he felt cold, and she
came out with the statement"Jake gone,he's not in there anymore!"So she is
sleeping with her black stuffed horse she calls Jake.Loss is hard on those of us
that understand, let alone those who are just starting to find out about the
world!

Hi I'm looking to buy a Welsh Cob for myself. I am reasonably petite -
-about 160cms and a competent rider. I want to do a bit of
competition (showing, dressage)trial riding - everything really! .I
will look at horses from broken in through to educated. Gelding or
mare. I live near Windsor in Sydney.
Good home with lots of love assured.

Hi Joelene,
Lorrae only wants to buy, this pony will be forever, she is like that. It has to
be purebred too, everthing has to be perfect, and right. I wish I could have a
leaf out of her book, she is one of those that everything is spotless. I keep
telling her it is not natural.....hehe.
Cheers Ally

   Hi Ally

I still have my Sec D up for lease who has been trained in dressage etc. I
also have a Part Welsh Cob filly for sale. The Part Welsh Cob colt I have would
be too young for her requirements.

If I can be of assistance you can call me on my mobile 0419 783 501 or email
me privately at thefarm@...

     Hi,
A friend of mine (Lorrae Rigg) is looking for an up to height C of a D that
is suitable for dressage, sex doesn't matter (the ponies, not hers). She is
about 5' tall and has struggled for too long with horse too big, and at last
came to here senses and wants a welsh. She would prefer something already broken
but would settle for something ready to break in if it is suitable.
I have already told her about what is for sale.
But I was just wondering what else was around.
Lorrae also doesn't have a computer yet, so could you please pass on info to
me so as I can pass it onto her.
     Cheers Ally

Sam and Family
Soooooooo Sorry. I know what it is like to lose a pony that you think the
sun shines out of and is one of the kids. My sympathies are with you and
your family.
regards
Carol
