RE: [whizz-kidz] TODAYS' PLANS

KNowing the best spot to place the snap in booster is a tricky one as even if it was just boys or girls wearing the nappies there would still be a preference to it being at the front or back. I've chosen back as I have 2 tummy sleepers so for us it was a comfort thing and having it snap in at the back means you can fold it over at the front if you like :)
With the extra snaps I planned on making the entire snap area a little longer (so yep, to fit smaller bubs) but also having them a tad closer together if that makes sense so the gap between snaps isn't quite as far :)

And we're keeping floor boards - kids with allergies and gross old carpet don't go too well together. You can see the boards in the pics I'm adding on Ozebaby :D

And Ozebaby isn't letting me in to upload atm, so everyone please be patient, pics are coming.......

Kind Regards

Great ideas Tracee. I'd prolly prefer any extra layers to be separate, like a multi tongued booster, for quicker drying time, but that's just me. I love how your booster snaps in, so convenient. But sometimes, having a girl, i wish it snapped in higher at the back, or had a snaps spot at the front, so the user could have a choice of where they snapped the booster in, front or back, to suit their bub. You always have such lovely prints, two extra snaps wouldn't even show in the print fabric.

Back to your idea of the five snaps - around the body
Do you mean extra snaps to make the nappy more suitable for the lower end of the weight range? (not sure)

So what was under the carpet? did you discover nice floor boards or are you going to put down nicer carpet?

cheers
Gigi

I will be restocking tonight with some SS's (hoped to get more done but
see below), covers and NB fitteds. Will take pics soon and get them
previewing on Ozebaby, will go live in a few bursts over the
evening/night as the girls allow (DH is working late).

Hoped to get more done, but I decided to rip up the carpet in my sewing
room/study yesterday so that consumed a lot of time ;)

Also planning to make a few small changes to the side snappers and
would appreciate any feedback you have on my suggestions.
I'll be adding an extra hemp layer to the sewn in booster, the snap in
booster will we be overlocked with woolly nylon for extra comfort and I
am thinking about adding an extra snap to the waist and thighs (4 for
thigh, 5 for waist).
How does that sound?

Hope you're all well :)
