John, I'll be damned if I can figure out how to get over objections
like this. I've been trying to get my group to try it for a long time
now, and so far all they do is nod and smile and mention that that
sounds vaguely interesting, maybe after we get just one more game of
d20 out of the way....

So if anybody has any clues, please let me know. I'd love to run a game
that was more visually stimulating than simply "I roll to hit. I
threat! I confirm! Woo hoo! That's 4d6!"
