Group Description

This is a support group for Memory Box Artists.

This site is open to everyone to ask for help, discuss new ideas and generally get to know each other. We welcome like minded people from anywhere who are trying to help our grieving families. You are invited to join at no cost and we will approve your membership asap This is to prevent us being inundated by "spam".

For people who have not heard of this program we are a group of people who join together to paint/decorate boxes to be donated to hospitals for the families who suffer the loss of their child either at birth or soon after as we hope to help them in in their grieving process.

Anyone who can help in this project are invited to contact us through our website or just ask through the list.
We can help you with any problems eg. sourcing boxes, which hospital to contact, painting problems, designs and finishes. Please see the "file" section re. available boxes.
We have co-ordinators in most states including Nth Qld, Northern NSW, Victoria and South Australia. We would love you to contact any of these people for more information. Each month the stats for each state and total will be posted and any "thankyou" from our hospitals. They are so grateful for any help we can provide.

Any approved member can open their own photo album which we would like them to keep to about 6 photos at any time. This would help us to stay within our guidlines. We just love to see everyone's boxes.

We would love to hear from anyone who has "adopted" a hospital in their area, or other states who are doing such a great job so that we can become a united group for the benefit of our "families".

There is a big welcome to any Canadians, New Zealanders and anyone else world wide who would like to join us in "making a difference".
